Pick your moment
What do you need right now?
Feet up, hand on the bump.
For winding down in the evening, or falling asleep when you just can't get comfy.
The bump playlist →
Every pregnancy track in one place, newest first.
You're not the only one up.
Low, steady and nothing that jolts. Made for the feed, the rock, and the slow walk back to bed.
Bath, book, lights down.
Music box lullabies and soft piano for the last half hour of the day. Put it on low and wind down together.
Made slowly, on purpose.
No stock loops and no borrowed tracks. Just music made for the hours you're awake when the rest of the house isn't.
Written for you
Original melodies written for this channel, alongside old lullabies like Brahms (1868) played our way.
Nothing that jolts
Slow tempos, no sudden changes, and soft endings, so it fades into the background instead of waking anyone.
Every stage
Music for the bump, the newborn nights and the bedtime routine, with new mixes every few days.
The 3 a.m. Letter
One calm track a week, matched to your stage.
Tell us where you are, bump or baby, and every Sunday we'll send one new piece of music that fits. Short, kind, and easy to unsubscribe from.
Good to know
Is the music really original?
Yes. The melodies are written for Bump to Bedtime, and the classic lullabies we use, like Brahms' Lullaby, are long out of copyright and played our own way. The pictures are painted and generated for us, and we say so on every video.
How loud should I play it near a baby?
Softly. Use the lowest volume that works, keep the speaker well away from the crib (a couple of metres), and turn it down once they're asleep. If you can't talk easily over it, it's too loud.
Will there be ads?
YouTube may show ads on the videos. Ad-free downloads for your phone are coming soon. Join the Letter to hear first.
Is this a sleep treatment?
No. It's music to help you rest and wind down. It isn't medical advice. If you're worried about your sleep or your baby's, talk to your doctor or midwife.
